(This is the maximum allowable fee set by the State of California for a single notarized signature.)

• Travel Fee (Outside Long Beach):

  • $35 base (covers first 15 miles)

  • $1.00 per mile after 15 miles

• After Hours Appointments:

  • Add $50 surcharge

• Jail / Hospital / Medical Facility Visits:

  • Add $95 surcharge
    (Stacked on top of signature and travel fees)

Apostille Services

• Standard Apostille:

  • $125 per document
    (Includes state processing, tracking, and mailing; notarization and travel fees not included)

• Same-Day Apostille:

  • $275 per document
    (Includes expedited state processing and built-in courier fee; additional notarization or travel fees may apply)

Courier Service (Optional Add-On)

• Standard Courier (One-Way): 

• $60 flat

• Same-Day Round-Trip Courier: 

• $100 flat

(Ideal for hand-delivering deeds, loan packages, or apostilled documents to sensitive locations)

Printing Fee

• $1 per page for any documents printed at your request

Multi-Document or Custom Requests

• For complex jobs or multiple signers/documents, call or text for a custom quote.

In accordance with California Government Code §8211, the maximum allowable fee for a single notarized signature is $15.00.

Additional fees for travel, printing, courier service, urgent appointments, jail/hospital visits, and apostille processing are separate service charges and are based on standard industry rates and logistical factors.
